1. Identify the type of failure
Is the page not loading, is the route unsupported, or are there simply no seats? Try a fresh session, another browser and the airline's official site. Search one traveller and one cabin first. If that works, add passengers or connecting sectors.
2. Break the journey into segments
Search each flight separately to see where availability disappears. Check nearby dates and airports, then compare nonstop and connecting options. This does not guarantee a bookable itinerary, but it helps distinguish a search problem from a genuine lack of seats.
3. Check programme differences
The same flight may not be available to every loyalty programme. Partners can receive different inventory, and the mileage price, taxes and booking rules can vary. Always verify through the programme you intend to use.
4. Treat estimates as leads
