Sometimes the hardest part of using miles is not choosing an airline. It is deciding where and when to go. HeyMax Explore is designed for that earlier stage: it surfaces premium-cabin flight ideas from Singapore and lets you filter them by destination, travel month or miles budget.
Use Explore when your trip is flexible and you want inspiration. Set one or two filters, shortlist promising flights, then open the full details and verify current availability on the airline or loyalty programme website before transferring any miles. Use Search instead when you already know your route and date.
HeyMax Miles Flight Search & Discovery has two parts:
The current product compares 16+ frequent-flyer programmes covering 70+ airlines. Explore currently starts with Singapore departures and focuses on Business and First Class, where miles can create a larger difference from the cash fare. Read the current Miles Flight Search & Discovery guide for supported features and caveats.
Use a destination filter when the place matters more than the exact date. This works well for a wedding, family visit or specific holiday. Keep nearby airports in mind and compare the total journey, including positioning flights and ground transport.
Use a month filter when your leave window is fixed but the destination is open. Look for patterns rather than a single perfect result. School holidays, peak seasons and limited award inventory can affect both the miles price and seat availability.
Use the miles-budget filter when your current balance is the main constraint. Explore currently includes thresholds such as under 30,000, 50,000 or 100,000 miles. Remember to account for every traveller, each direction of travel, and taxes or fees charged separately.
Explore prioritises a mix of value and convenience, such as the miles required relative to cash cost, direct flights and shorter connections. The feed is curated and refreshed regularly, but it is not a booking guarantee. Award seats can be taken or withdrawn between refreshes.
Some programme results may also be labelled as estimated where live availability is not available. Treat these as discovery signals. Always click through and confirm the seat, cabin, number of passengers, miles price, taxes and rules on the relevant programme's official booking channel.
Explore may surface programmes that accept Max Miles transfers. That flexibility can help you compare more than one route before committing. It does not replace the receiving loyalty programme: the programme controls award inventory, pricing, taxes, passenger details and booking conditions.
If your Max Miles balance is short, compare waiting, changing the itinerary, using another supported programme or choosing a cash booking. Our transferable-points guide explains why keeping points flexible until a trip is ready can preserve options.
Explore currently focuses on departures from Singapore. Search can still be used for routes from other supported origins.
Explore is refreshed regularly rather than continuously. Availability may change before you click through. Search results can be more current, but every result should still be checked on the official programme site.
Not currently through Miles Flight Search & Discovery. HeyMax helps you discover and compare, while the booking is completed with the relevant airline or loyalty programme.
The Explore feed is intentionally varied to help users discover more destinations and airlines. Save the details of any option you want to investigate further.
Explore is most useful before your trip becomes fixed. Use its filters to turn a broad travel idea into a shortlist, then verify every important detail before transferring or booking. HeyMax provides the comparison and transfer-planning layer; airline and loyalty-programme terms remain the final authority.
Routes, programmes, availability, award pricing, transfer options and product coverage can change. Check current official and in-app information before acting.
