At HeyMax, we’re always looking for ways to improve transparency and fairness for our members. As part of this commitment, we’re introducing two important updates to our Terms & Conditions. These changes aim to refine how Max Miles are calculated and ensure account activity policies are clear and fair for all users.
Starting 1 March 2025, we will be refining how Max Miles are calculated. Rather than rounding each transaction’s Miles up to the nearest whole number, we will begin rounding up to one decimal place.
This slight adjustment introduces decimal-based miles for transactions, ensuring fairness and sustaining the program for all members.

Starting 27 March 2025, accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be labeled as inactive and permanently deleted.
We will send multiple reminders before an account reaches the 12-month inactivity threshold:
To keep your HeyMax account active, simply log in to the HeyMax website or mobile app at least once every 12 months. Stored sessions or background refreshes do not count as login events.
